Web Developer

Responsibilities

Be proficient in at least one structured programming language

Understand general database concepts

Understand the architecture of clients, servers, and Internet systems

Write functional and design specifications for Web applications

Create and implement Web sites

Create and monitor Web applications for clients and servers

Design and deliver Web services

Code, test, and support database-driven Web applications

Requirements

University education, preferably with a degree

Having skills in software programming and graphics

Having creativity and imagination

Being adaptable and able to pick up new techniques


Having good interpersonal and communication skills

Being able to work on their own or in a team

Being able to work to tight deadlines

Being thorough and precise in their work

Being able to multi-task

Being aware of international web standards and protocols
